I really had a great experience here, which is not always the case with local bike shops. I engaged the owner online before driving up three hours to look at two bikes. He was thoughtful and responded quickly, which is quite rare. I ended up buying a bike. He gave me a nice discount and I just could not be happier with the whole experience.
