I had the oil changed in my son's car at VerHoef and for some reason they removed the registration and proof of insurance cards from the vehicle and didn't put them back. When they realized their mistake they didn't call me, they put the cards in the mail so it was a week before I got them. My son drove that vehicle for a week with no idea that he didn't have registration or proof of insurance along. I called to talk to them and was told a manager would return my call but of course no one did.....
