The sales associates here are so rude! First of all, there were no associates walking around helping people, they were all in the back on the computer or phone. I stood at the counter for nearly 20 minutes before I was told they will be right with me. After waiting another five minutes, they asked me what I needed.
The second problem: I had called several weeks before visiting the store to get a price quote on a specific item in the store. When I drove over an hour to get there, I was ready to order the item; however, the item was all of a sudden $160 more then I was quoted at! They kept trying to tell me I must have been mistaken, but I intisted I had the price written down on a piece of paper next to their phone number and store name. They became awfuly rude and kept trying to get me to buy a similiar item that I didnt want!
