The employees need to put more effort into making sure the orders are correct and brought out to the customer in a timely manor. Instead of visting amongst themselves. It is really sad when there are 6 employees doing nothing but chatting and yet, 5 people are waiting on food to be delivered. Maybe some more training is in need????
Very disappointed in the service we received last night. Service was slow which was understandable since there was a lot of people that came in at the same time. However, there was more talking between the employees then there was working! I had to go back up to ASK for my food 3 times!! Yes, 3 times! When I went up to 'remind' them, they were just visiting, not even waiting on any other customers. When I went up my 3rd time, the blizzard I had ordered not that long prior, was finished sitting on the counter (below customer eye level) right in front of the employee. Now, why wouldn't they have brought that out??? We were there for over an hour and a half and only because I asked for my food -- otherwise we probably would have slept there!!! There was another customer who waited also for his order and had to ask for it as well. Don't they have a screen or a print out that tells them what the customer orders? Very disappointed in the service here.

I had one of their chicken wraps and the chicken was like chewing on larger erasers. They could really watch the freshness of the product. I did not finish it because it was inedible.
I used to work at DQ, so I understand that when it gets busy, it takes some time. Yet, if my food is ready before the one car in front of me, that car should be asked to pull ahead so my food doesn't get cold. My burger bun was super squished, it didn't have enough sauce on it, it was barely warm, fries were soft and barely warm as well. Also, I asked for a 1/4 lb burger, and they gave me 1/2 lb and charged me for the pricier one that I didn't order which I didn't find out about until after they swiped my card.. very unsatisfactory
