Longer wait but good burger
I just watched a young lady serve a lady and touch her food after cleaning the bathroom and not switching her gloves,ill never eat there again
Quick service, usually friendly, and food quality is always consistent. I like the charbroiled chicken sandwich, roast beef, and spicy chicken!

The food can be awesome, the service will either make or break the experience. Custom orders are very hit or miss. I haven't done a serious study of it, but it's anecdotally close to 50-50. The service ranges from professional and fast to the worst parts of a teenage movie scene. I have literally had a wait staff talking to a friend in the chairs by the window, while taking my order and walking away from the counter to get their phone for a picture of said friend. I was the only customer in the store, so all 4(visible) staff were standing there. If one was a manager, nothing happened. If the manager was in back...that's almost as bad. You'll either have a solid experience with some great food, or a poor experience with a mixed up order.
